Ingredients

 

  • 1 loaf sliced brioche

  • 6 eggs

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 1–2 sticks butter

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • Vanilla, cinnamon, ginger to taste

  • Sliced strawberries and blackberries

  • ¼ cup maple syrup

  • 1 measured dose of RSO

 


Instructions

 

  1. Whisk it up. In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, and ¼ stick melted butter. Beat until smooth.

  2. Heat your pan. Melt 1–2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium heat. Coat the surface evenly.

  3. Dredge the bread. Dip each brioche slice in the mixture for a few seconds on each side.

  4. Toast to perfection. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp on the edges.

  5. Infuse the drizzle. Warm maple syrup with a bit of butter in a small pan. Stir in your measured RSO dose until fully blended.

  6. Serve and enjoy. Stack slices, top with fruit, and drizzle with infused syrup.
