This twist on a classic campfire snack swaps out chocolate and marshmallows for melty cheese, savory deli meats, and a precise dose of RSO, making it a warm, filling, and medicinal treat with added protein.

Ingredients

  • 2 crackers of your choice 
  • 1 Babybel Cheese (unwrapped) 
  • 1–2 slices your choice deli meat (ham, turkey, prosciutto, salami, or pepperoni) 
  • 1 measured dose RSO 

Optional Add-ins: jalapeños, olives, or banana peppers

Instructions

  1. Build your fire. Start a safe campfire or heat up your grill. Grab a roasting stick or skewer. 
  2. Prep the cheese. Remove the wax from your Babybel and spear your cheese onto your skewer. 
  3. Assemble the base. On one cracker, layer your savory toppings (deli meat, olive tapenade, etc.) and add your measured RSO dose to the inside of the sandwich (spread thin for even coverage). 
  4. Toast the cheese. Hold the cheese 6–8 inches above the heat, rotating until it turns golden and lightly blistered. 
  5. Finish and enjoy. Slide the toasted cheese onto your cracker base, top with the second cracker, press gently, and let it set for 10–15 seconds before eating.
