End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before using the Country
Grown Cannabis mobile application (“Application”). This Agreement is a legal agreement
between you and Country Grown Cannabis, located at 204 Ron Watson Rd, Bridgeport, WV
26330.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this
Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.
1. License
Country Grown Cannabis grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited
license to use the Application strictly in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
● Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Application
● Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
● Use the Application for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
● Transfer the Application to another person or “mirror” it on any other server
3. Content
You are responsible for any content you share or upload. You agree not to post any content that
is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
4. Third-Party Services
The Application may include links or integrations with third-party services. We are not
responsible for the content, terms, or practices of these third parties.
5. Privacy
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
6. App Store Terms
This Agreement is between you and Country Grown Cannabis, not with Apple or Google. The
app may be downloaded through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and is subject to
their terms and conditions as well.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application without prior notice if you breach
any term of this Agreement.
8. Disclaimer
The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the
Application will be error-free or available at all times.
9. Limitation of Liability
Country Grown Cannabis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages resulting from your use of the Application.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of
West Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
